All fragrance purchases from Chyronyx are final at the time of dispatch. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened or used fragrance products.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Perfume is an intimate, skin-contact product. For the hygiene, safety, and confidence of every Chyronyx customer, we are unable to resell any fragrance that has left our facilities.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged in transit, or if you receive an incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Pre-Dispatch Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once the shipment is collected by our courier, cancellation is no longer possible. To request a pre-dispatch cancellation, contact chyronyx@gmail.com or WhatsApp immediately.
